Generally we all know almost electronic product is not possible without IC. But apart from ic there are many other electronic products but they are simple not professional, so is it not possible to make a project without ic.

yes friends it is possible to make project without IC but to understand it we need to know what is ic.
IC means Integrated Circuit.
So, what's meaning of Integrated or Circuit. 

  • WHAT MEANING OF INTEGRATED 
If we divide every object used in daily life into three categories, generally we can see three classes like 1.small, 2.midium, 3.large. Similarly if we divide the circuit technology into three parts then we can see 1.THT circuit (Through Hole Technology) large size, 2.SMT circuit (Surface Mounted Technology) medium size and IC Integrated Circuit very small size like chip.
So the working process here is same only difference is very small in size.

Integrated here means the assembly of millions of components like transistors, diodes, resistors, capacitors or other semiconductor components in a very small area.




  • WHAT MEANING OF CIRCUIT 
A circuit is usually a connecting path for one device to another device, As we know an integrated circuit consists of hundreds to millions of transistors, diodes, capacitors, resistors, semiconductor components like silicon, and more. The communication path used by these components to exchange information with each other. This communication path known as circuit.





Is it possible to make any electronic device without IC?

Yes guys it is possible that any electronic device you can make without IC. The only problem you can't fix is the small size like chip at home.
So I know that there are many small components in the IC, like the smallest transistor size 1 nano meter and these are in the microprocessor and if we use transistors like bc 547 then its circuit size will be very big. If you use smd components then your circuit size will be much smaller but it is not possible to make like chip at home.

For example, if we were to build the 8085 microprocessor manufactured by Intel at home, we would use approximately 6,500 transistors.  And if we use 6,500 bc 547 transistor, then you can definitely find how big his circuit size will be.



  • Can this VU meter beat the IC?

This vu meter performance is very similar to ic.
We have tried to make this vu meter very similar to ka 2284 vu meter circuit, and we have been quite successful, but we will not tell you which ic it will beat, we leave it up to you to answer that, we have a video clip for this.  Given so that you can understand the difference of this vu meter.





CIRCUIT DIAGRAM NOTICE 
  • All resistors - 1/4watt +-5%.
  • All capacitors - electrolyte capacitor 63volts.
  • All transistors - BJT type npn transistors like bc-547/48.
  • One zener diode-1n4148.
  • One preset 100k(variable resistor).
  • 5led use any colours any size like 3mm,5mm of your choice.
